We’re excited to announce that Ropolo Design Creation has officially launched full-scale operations with our newly installed DTF (Direct to Film) printer as of April 2025!

With this new addition, we’ve significantly expanded our custom printing services for apparel and fabric products such as T-shirts, tote bags, workwear, and more.
We’re now fully equipped to handle small batches, fast turnarounds, and a wide variety of print designs with ease.

Q1. What is a DTF printer, anyway?
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a cutting-edge method where your design is printed onto a special film, then heat-transferred directly onto fabric or other materials.

Unlike traditional screen printing or DTG (Direct to Garment), DTF allows full-color, high-resolution printing—even for single pieces.
It also works on a wide range of materials like cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and more—making it one of the most versatile print methods out there!

Q2. What can you print on?
DTF printing works great on many types of materials and products, including:

T-shirts (cotton, polyester, blends)

Sweatshirts and hoodies

Tote bags, pouches, and fabric accessories

Workwear (polo shirts, uniforms)

Aprons, cushion covers, and other fabric items

Nylon and synthetic leather (some limitations apply)

Basically, if it’s fabric, we can probably print on it!

Q3. What about the design? Can I get help?
Absolutely! At Ropolo Design Creation, we’re a team of professional designers, and we’re here to bring your vision to life.

We accept all kinds of input, such as:

Rough hand-drawn sketches

Photos taken on your phone

Existing logos or files (ai, psd, png, jpg, etc.)

Even if you’re not sure what you want yet, we’ll guide you from concept to final design.
Whether it’s a personal project or for your brand, we’ll help you create one-of-a-kind, eye-catching prints tailored to your needs and budget.

Q4. Can I just order the printed film?
Yes, we also provide DTF film output-only services!

If you already have a design and just need it printed, we can handle that too.
Perfect if you want to press the transfer yourself or use it elsewhere.

A4, A3, and roll format output

Flexible quantities — order just what you need!

We’ll also guide you on resolution, file setup, and print specs to make sure everything comes out perfectly.
