社内で取り組まれている「楽キーワード（ラッキーワード）」のご紹介に加え、就活生のみなさんが動画を見ながら職場の雰囲気を感じ取ってもらえる内容になっております。
現場では一人ひとりがその場その場でアイデアを出し合いながらイキイキと前向きにお仕事されています。
ムービーをよーく見ていただくと工場内の至るところに、仕事をスムーズに進められるようなアイデアが詰まっています！

HIROKANE – Metal Fabricators in Hiroshima
Ropolo Design Creation is proud to announce its work with HIROKANE in creating its new recruitment video. During filming, we were really struck with the positive environment and attitude of employees at the site and we strove to give it life in this PR movie. We are really delighted with the end result, and we hope any job hunting students will give it a look as their considering their big next life step.
The video showcases HIROKANE’s lively atmosphere – everyone works energetically and shares ideas and feedback with their coworkers. In fact, the company’s image word is Lucky-Word, which holds a double meaning in Japanese to be also a pleasant feeling.
We couldn’t help but enjoy our time working with HIROKANE, and we’re a little sorry to say the filming was over before we knew it.
