広島県福山市にある、日本有数の製鉄所。
ここJFEスチール株式会社西日本製鉄所福山地区において、東京ドーム300個分に相当する敷地内外の鉄道を守っているのが、株式会社柏木組さまです。
昭和51年創業以来、鉄道のスペシャリストとして製鉄所の生命線を守ってこられました。
リクルートをこれまで以上に強化していきたいということで、同社でのお仕事の雰囲気が伝わるような、働いておられる職人さんの息遣いが感じられるようなサイトデザインになりました。

Protecting over 300 Tokyo Dome's worth of JFE steel railway: Kashiwagigumi Co.,ltd.
Since its founding in 1976, Kashiwagigumi has come to protect the lifeline of steel factories, railroads, as specialists.
To strengthen their recruiting efforts, the firm renewed their website to feature a design displaying their workers and interviews in their "Staff Voice" section.
